Federweißer is young, new wine, which is cloudy, low on alcohol and very sweet. It’s only available during September and early October before it turns into proper wine. Enjoy a glass or two with delicious homemade Flammkuchen, tarte flambée, and live music at Weincontor Schloss Friedelsheim (castle) between September 4 and October 15, Wednesday through Sunday.
