Ingredients (for 4 people)
• 4 pork steaks from the neck (Schweinenacken)
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Mix lime juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with the marinade and allow to sit in refrigerator for 24 hours, covered. Put foil on grill and spray with oil.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill on both sides for 3-4 minutes. The final minute on both sides can be directly on the grill. If you start directly on the grill, the mustard will burn very quickly.
